Prepared Childbirth – Childbirth Education To Fit Your Lifestyle

Also covered are standard hospital procedures, what to expect physically, emotionally and as family during the immediate postpartum stage. Expand your knowledge, become empowered and get information catered specifically to YOUR needs and desires. Explore the latest research and learn the most effective techniques to enhance your unique birth experience. Partners will also gain deeper understanding on how vital their roles are during labor, birth and beyond!
One Day Intensive
2-6 hours of private instruction. Through reading, video, hands-on practice and personalized one-on-one interaction, expecting families can gain evidence-based knowledge about the prenatal experience, giving birth and/or newborn care basics.
Cost: $45 per hour (2 hour minimum)
